玄界島： 福岡県福岡市西区に所属する玄界島は、博多港から18km、船で35分の場所に 位置します。島の周囲は約4.4㎞と歩いて１時間ほどで一周できる小さな島です。 漁業が盛んなことでも知られ、週末には多くの釣り人で賑わいます。日本昔話にも 登場する、平安時代の百合若大臣の言い伝えがあり、その際活躍した鷹を奉った 小鷹神社などの観光スポットも。島の周りには美しい岩礁の景観もあり、素晴らしい絶景を ご覧いただけます。
Genkai Island:
Genkai Island, which belongs to Nishiku, Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture,
is 18 km from Hakata Port, 35 minutes by boat.

that can be walked around in about 1 hour.
It is also known for its thriving fishing industry, and it is crowded with many anglers

There is a legend of the young minister of the Heian period, who appeared, and

There are also sightseeing spots such as Kotaka Shrine. There is also a beautiful reef

百合若伝説：
平安時代、九州・豊後の国の「百合若」という武将が、遠征の帰りに、
部下であった 「別府兄弟」に裏切られ、玄界島に置き去りに
されました。 百合若は、当時飼っていた愛鷹「緑丸」により、故郷の妻である
「春日姫」と 連絡をとりながら、無人島であった玄界島で生活しました。
３年の月日が経った頃、壱岐の船を掴まえ無事に帰還した百合若は、
手柄を横取りしていた別府兄弟に復讐を果たし、妻と幸せに暮らしました。
The Legend of YuriWaka:
In the Heian period, a warlord named “Yuriwaka” of Kyushu and Bungo Province was
a subordinate on the way back from an expedition.
He was betrayed by the “Beppu brothers” and left behind on Genkai Island.
Yuriwaka was married to his hometown wife “Princess Kasuga” by the love hawk
“Midorimaru” that he kept at the time.
While keeping in touch, I lived on Genkai Island, which was an uninhabited island.
Three years later, Yuriwaka grabbed Iki’s ship and returned safely.
He took revenge on the Beppu brothers who had stolen the credit and
lived happily with his wife.

We have planned “Spring Genkai Island Picnic Tour”.Listen to stories such as the legend of

“The Tale of Young Minister Yuriwaka ” while circling the island and enjoying lunch on
the scenic coast.If the weather is nice, you may be able to observe the nature of Hawk
