special Japanese black beef loin and
special pot made by Yamadaya: 18: 00-21: 00
It will be a four-season kaiseki mealcentered on
ingredients from Oita prefecture and Yufuin.
The main dish is a special hot pot made with 
Bungo beef loin, which Yamadaya is proud of.
