仕事帰りに、飲み屋街を歩いていて偶然みつけたお店。
昔、天神から渡辺通りを南に５分程歩き、春吉側へ１本
入った昭和の雰囲気が漂う路地裏にある伝説の隠れ家的な
お店「八女本家」があった。
当時、表には、「一見お断り」の張り紙があり、いかにも
酒通の人が通う店構えで恐る恐る扉を開けてから,なじみにさせていただき 30数年この店の常連として大変楽しい時間を過ごさせていただいた。
数年前のある日にお店の中から「祥子ママ」の姿が消えた。
ママが引退してからは、お店には数年間足を運んでいない。
このお店が同じ場所に復活した事を知ったのは先日のこと。
暖簾を上げてお店に入ると懐かしい元気そうな祥子ママが
復帰して笑顔で迎えてくれた。
カウンターには相変わらず、所狭しと大皿料理が並んでいる。
全て女将さん（しょうこママ）手作りの家庭料理で味は、
保証付きの旨さ。
名物は、ばくだんコロッケ。好みによってピリ辛の
どろソースをつけて食べる。
おでんも出汁が染みた大根やテイルは良い味を出している。
特に八女のこんにゃくは日本一旨いと思う！
おかみおススメの締め鯖、ゴマ鯖も絶品。
特に大都会からのお客さんには大好評！
最後に，締めの辛さが旨い祥子ママカレーで大満足！
和風の佇まいのレトロなお店は、まさに大人の隠れ家。
おばんざいが中心だが、ヘルシーなメニューが多く、
体に優しい味付けがお酒に良く合う。
お酒も八女の人気の銘柄を取り揃えている。

Legendary hideaway taste place “YameHonke“
Walk south on Watanabe-street from Tenjin for about
5 minutes, and the atmosphere of the Showa era with
remains one on the Haruyoshi side.
There was in the back alley a legendary hideaway shop
“Yame Honke” there was a “First-tim customers refuse sticker”
on the wall, and it was a famed liquor lovers store
I opened the door and became familiar with it, and
I had a very good time as a regular at this shop for
more than 30 years. One day a few years ago,
“Shouko Mama” disappeared from the store.
She hasn’t been to the store for several years since
her mom retired.
She had worked in this bar before
I was on my way home from work and happened to
know that she had revived this shop in the same place.
When I entered the store with a goodwill, a nostalgic
and energetic Shoko mom welcomed her with a smile.
As usual, the counter is lined with platters.
All are home-cooked by the landlady(Shoko unnie),
and the taste is guaranteed.
The specialty is Bakudan(Bomb)Croquette.
Eat with spicy mud sauce depending on your taste.
The daikon( radish )and meat soaked in oden soup stock
have a good taste.
The recommended Shime mackerel(soaked vinegae mackerel)
and sesame mackerel are excellent.
Especially popular withcustomers from big cities!
Finally, the spiciness of tightening is delicious
Very satisfied with the child curry!
The Japanese-style retro shop is truly an adult hideaway.
Mainly obanzai(Many plate dishes), but there are many healthy menus,
and her cooking that is kind to the body goes well with sake.
We also have a selection of popular brands of sake from Yame.
It’s fun to have a conversation with the landlady over
the counter-table while having a drink.
It is a restaurant where the food and
atmosphere are good for customers.
